The Beatles put this into a catchy tune when they were asked to write a message-song that everyone could relate to. In the end it is truly all you ever need but you need to start by loving yourself.

There's a lot to digest here: Take it 1 solitary sentence at a time.

There are *two* powerful truths here, most people ignore both and many only see *one*. It is as much about you living, as it is to letting others do the same.

This is my lifelong quest: to peacefully go amid the chaos, to inspire others *not* to follow me, but to walk *with* me. I need to adjust my bearings, I'm off track.
